Tell us about your cricketing career and achievements (your "Playing CV"). We need to know which county you are currently playing for and your most recent statistics. Feel free to include any information that is relevant to your request for sponsorship. We would also like to know who your current coach is and that you have permission from a parent or guardian if you are under 16.
