🏷 How do I return my order? (UK deliveries)

UK customers get FREE returns. Simply go to our self-service returns centre to create a return and print a pre-paid UPS shipping label. Then just take your return package to any UPS drop off point.

We will refund unused items returned in resalable condition with all their packaging and labelling if they are returned within 30 days. 

Products that we have personalised for you are not refundable unless they are faulty. The maximum value we will refund will be the original order value.
